IS-ASCE T&DI is pleased to announce our September 2025 Luncheon, which will feature a presentation by the esteemed Sis Killen – Superintendent- Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways (CCDOTH). With 26 years of experience, Sis has guided the Department’s transformation to a multimodal focus, co-led the County’s long-range transportation plan, and manages planning, design, construction, and maintenance of transportation facilities across the region.
